Abstract

Construction Cost Index (CCI) is a price index that describes the level of construction cost of a district/city compared to a reference city. Since 2024, the reference city used is Banjarmasin City. The previous reference city was Makassar City in 2021-2023. The reference city was selected by considering the index value of a city that is close to the national average index, and the completeness of the data. Data was obtained from the results of the Construction Cost Price Survey (SHKK). This survey collects data on material prices, heavy equipment rentals, and construction service wages. The calculation of the 2024 CCI comes from data from the third and fourth quarters of 2023 and the first and second quarters of 2024.
